Fixing Problems

Episode 12 - Oral Service Male

Practial Exercise

1. Discover what's holding you back. What is blocking you from giving head like the best of them.

2. Look up tongue and mouth exercises and practice them this week to build up your tongue strength and mouth stamina.

3. Discuss with your Dominant what type of oral service they would like and how to incorporate it into your lives on a regular basis.

This episode introduces the concept of the "Podclass" into the podcast. Sophie teaches about how to create your own morning service ritual.

The practical exercise for the week is:

1. Ask your Dominant what their preferences are (write them down so you dont forget).

2. Choose a time to get up .

3. Decide what you will do during your "me" time.

4. Work on it for 7 days.
